What are you longing for?

Happy Masterpiece Monday, beloved. I’m filled with joy today because we have another chance at life today. What will you do with it? Is today a day of rest? Or is it the week to conquer what feels like the difficult things? Do you need to drink more water this week or get more miles in? Will you spend this evening meal prepping or decluttering that closet? Is it the day that you begin mindful eating or giving yourself and others more grace. Why am I posing these questions? Because life requires that we have as much awareness as possible to see the change that we so long for. What are you longing for? How can you get one step closer to it this week? Do the thing. Disrupt old mindsets. Trust the process and yourself, Masterpiece!
