Happy Masterpiece Monday beautiful people! I hear comments pretty frequently about my smile and how it is appreciated by many. I am so grateful for any way that I can bring light to the lives of those around me. One of my smile keeping secrets is journaling. It has been a healing technique for me in the past as I dealt with depression and most recently dealing with deep grief and anxiety. I don’t have the same style for each entry, it really depends on the day’s events. I wanted to share for anyone that is being challenged in their mental health and you haven’t tried journaling yet.
