Being a person of influence comes with its pros and with its cons. There are great days and then there are not so great days. The common thread in those days is usually that you can't run away from the influence if you tried. There will always be someone that needs a word of encouragement. There will always be someone approaching you for advice. There will never be a shortage of people that need your prayers and there will always be an opportunity for you to give back. Your influence will find you one or another. What I know to be true is that the influencer sometimes can run out of steam if you are not careful to take care of yourself. Also, the influencer has to be aware of the power that is in setting boundaries to those that are under their influence. The most common thing that I hear from people with influence is that even when they seek out someone to mentor or influence them, they discover themselves being the influencer yet again. If your courage to just be who you were called to be 24/7 hasn't caught up with your scope of influence, this can be frustrating to say the least. You have to have the courage and confidence to be in the skin that you're in...even on what feels like a bad day. Be courageous always and always take care of self. Embrace your power and your level of influence. Greatness doesn't take breaks. Royalty can't disown their legacy. Be all who you were called to be to all people at all times. It's really okay. You're a Masterpiece!
